Data Deletion
Use this page to understand and request deletion of Facebook/Instagram connection data and Convly data associated with your account. After identity or account verification, data that can be deleted or anonymized includes:
- Instagram/Meta connection data, including Instagram user ID, username, page/account link, permissions, access token, and token health metadata
- Automation rules, trigger configuration, comment reply templates, DM templates, quick replies, buttons, resources, and campaign settings
- Automation activity logs, including matched rules, timestamps, public usernames/IDs, comment reply or DM delivery status, errors, and diagnostics
- Leads and resource activity you collected through Convly, such as email, phone/WhatsApp number, campaign attribution, and click metadata
- Dashboard, analytics, feedback, support, and technical cache data associated with the account or workspace
- Data that is no longer required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, audit logs, legal obligations, or backup recovery
Deleting Instagram/Meta connection data may stop active automations and does not delete data already stored by Meta/Instagram, message recipients, payment providers, or other third-party services. Deleting Instagram data does not automatically delete your Convly account. To request full Convly account/workspace deletion, contact us at satriabahari.dev@gmail.com from your account email. You can also reconnect your Instagram account anytime from Settings while your Convly account remains active.
